Raymond Jay Pardon transitioned on September 19, 2024 in Arlington, Virginia He was born in NY City. The son of Irish/Italian immigrants Raymond attended Alfred University. Raymond served in the army. Upon discharge he joined the Foreign Service. He served over 30 years. His specialty was African Affairs. Raymond leaves to mourn his loss, Zondra Anderson his wife of 28 years; son Timothy (Carol Pardon ), stepson, Josh (Snigdha), Kitt Alexander; Brothers in Laws, Donald and James David Anderson and love ones in Cranston, RI and Cleveland Ohio.
