Raymond, love of my life, it is so difficult for me to write this tribute in honor of you. Never did I think I would be here without YOU! You were the gentlest, kindest, most gracious, and loving human being I have ever known! Always putting others first… #myguy It was your smile and swag that first attracted me to you in the early 1990’s: Coupled with your hearty laugh, I quickly discovered you had a personality to match… And it’s that personality that I fell in love with then and would like to celebrate with this tribute. You came into my life at a time of uncertainty and cared for me in ways that words cannot express. I am forever thankful to GOD for; placing you in my life and the treasure trove of memories I have of you Raymond… us watching your favorite Martin reruns late at night or, you surprising me with red roses on Mother’s Day, 1993, after finding out we were pregnant with our first and only child, Marquet Ty’Wan. Our love was one that stood the test of time. We connected on a spiritual, mental and physical realm. Thank you for showing me what unconditional love is. Thank you for our son. You were my friend, confidant, and KING! And it’s this bond that I will forever cherish until we meet again. Rest in peace my love…
