Tobias!! May you rest in peace. I recall meeting you in Fredericksburg Va. You were working in construction. You would wait outside at Mr. B store every morning for your ride to work. You always had a smile on your face and a song on your heart. You had the most beautiful voice and spirit. I recall you helping me save the cashiers life. You saw me passing and informed me of the situation and called 911 as I started CPR. you helped me move him into a life saving position because he was too heavy for me. You clearly called out directions that the operator gave. Then when they tried to give compensation, you were forced to take it. You were so humble and so kind hearted. you did not have to stop your day to help out but you did. May you rest in peace. I will continue to pray for your family. I offer my deepest condolences to your family.
